Do I have to accept the winning bid?
Not if it doesn't meet your reserve price. We set a confidential minimum reserve before the auction — if bidding doesn't reach it, you are not obligated to sell.
What does it cost to list?
Listing is free. There is a Title Search Fee that is required and is paid directly to the Title Agent. RealBids.co earns a commission only when your property sells. Full fee details are discussed during your free consultation.
What types of properties can be auctioned?
We work with single-family homes, mobile homes, investment properties, vacant lots/land, distressed properties, and estate sales in Georgia and South Carolina.
Is this only for distressed properties?
No. Auctions work well for any property where the seller values speed and certainty over a drawn-out traditional listing process — from fixer-uppers to fully renovated homes.
