Do I have to accept the winning bid?
Not if it doesn't meet your reserve price. We set a confidential minimum reserve before the auction — if bidding doesn't reach it, you are not obligated to sell.
What does it cost to list?
Listing is free. There is a Title Search Fee that is required and is paid directly to the Title Agent. RealBids.co earns a commission only when your property sells. Full fee details are discussed during your free consultation.
What types of properties can be auctioned?
We work with single-family homes, mobile homes, investment properties, vacant lots/land, distressed properties, and estate sales in Georgia and South Carolina.
Is this only for distressed properties?
